We had an overnight stay after arriving from Honolulu and leaving for Perth the next day. Lobby in hotel was nice. Great looking bar and restaurant. Staff at check in were great and apologised for the wait not that it was that long. Bar staff and food were okay and prices were really affordable. But that's where it stopped. Room was a huge disappointment for the price. Dirty marks and huge chips out of the walls all down the halls. Walked into room and it looked tired and old. Wood everywhere that is faded and so old. Shower over the bathtub that was old and mouldy with a old dirty looking slip mat in the tub. Door inside the bathroom has paint peeling off at the bottom I gather from the steam in bathroom. Looked like a new toilet and vanity was large. Walls were paper thin could hear everything that was being said in the interconnecting room and every time someone either flushed a toilet or had a shower. When we arrived I had my name on the TV but it was Mr and my name and not Ms. Not the personal touch that you expect. When using the TV it was so crackily, picture was terrible must have been from interference so we just turned it off. Would not stay here again.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused during your stay. We do have some rooms that are un refurbished at the moment but are scheduled to go under an overhaul by the end of this year. Notwithstanding this we were concerned about your specific reports and whilst there room remains un-refurbished, we have remedied the issues you have raised to the best of our ability.
We also apologise for the noise from the TV unit, please know we are following up with our engineering team to ensure the unit is fixed on a priority basis.
