The flat on the seafront "Rubus 309" is located in a flat house built in 2020, in the immediate vicinity of the showpiece of Świnoujście - the spa park with an area of 58 ha. The great advantages of this seaside flat are the surrounding green park, numerous health trails and incredible proximity to an enchanting beach, where - depending on your preferences and tastes - you can laze around or enjoy a wide range of attractions related to water sports and recreation. On the ground floor of the building is the atmospheric SOFA restaurant, where breakfast and other meals are served from the buffet.  
The location of the flat is also unique: it is very close to the city centre and at the same time close to the peaceful spa park, which is one of the most important landmarks of the city, the marina, the ferry crossing, the Baltic Sea beach and the promenade - places where you can spend time in an interesting way and enjoy the attractions related to water sports and other forms of recreation. There are also famous fortresses nearby that you must see and visit at any time of day. In addition, in the immediate vicinity of the property there is a very well-equipped outdoor playground, which is a great attraction for children, and about 150 metres away there are well-known shops such as LIDL and Biedronka, as well as bars, cafés and restaurants where you can drink aromatic coffee or taste local specialities.  
  
It is flat with very spacious bedroom, living room with well-equipped kitchenette, dining area and modern bathroom with total area of 40 m2, as well as a balcony, which is perfect extension of usable area. The style of the flat stands for minimalism and simplicity in an extremely luxurious version: a bright, monochromatic interior dominated by the colours white, beige, grey and gold, interspersed with a delicate wood tone, where only the necessary equipment is present, stands for elegance and class. Original and modern furniture shapes, but without a hint of exaggeration. It is an ideal place for people who appreciate elegance in an interior where they want to relax perfectly and return there.
