"Very basic room, dirty carpets. Noise from the street. Low quality pillows just 1 per person. Overpiced for the low and basic standard of the rooms and lack of any facilities other than restaurant. Staff not interested in serving customers. Reception staff always in the back room, coming to the front desk after a while with customers waiting. Same in the restaurant. You have to wait for the staff to appear from the kitchen."
