Stunning home in Labin - Rabac

Villa Bogondon is, as the name suggests, a God-given jewel in the middle of a green, picturesque and peaceful landscape, offering a unique experience of Istria. The villa is a combination of tradition and modern comfort and was created by decorating an old house from the first half of the 20th century. It is furnished by combining handmade items, quality materials and modern trends. It has 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds that can be connected if necessary) and two bathrooms, as well as a kitchen, dining room and living room that form one unit, terraces (uncovered and covered) and a garden for socializing, but also corners for solitude, a tavern with an original Istrian fireplace and a bay surrounded by olive trees and aromatic herbs.Villa Bogondon is located in Tomovi, 5 km from Labin and 10 km from Rabac and beautiful blue pebble beaches.

The villa is close to the ferry port to visit the islands of Cres, Losinj and Krk and close to Pula Airport. It is surrounded by greenery and a large, fenced garden of 1500 m2, so it is the right place to relax and enjoy nature and the benefits of Mediterranean vegetation to recover from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The house is very nice and everything you need is there.
