Lovely room, good location, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast a bit limited.
The booking through Expedia was simple, but the hotel received a booking for 2 single rooms, one in the wing name spelling, and neither with breakfast, whereas my receipt stated 2 double rooms, including breakfast, and in the correct names. Luckily the hotel were amiable.

Well situated right beside the tram line 2 stops from Lille-Flandres station. Tidy hotel with very helpful and welcoming staff. Decent breakfast.

Beautiful old converted building, but corridors and rooms were tatty and showing their age. Only came into contact with front desk staff, but they weren’t very friendly and (possibly the manager) one of the staff completely dismissed my request to fill my water bottle when I was checking out. EV chargers didn’t work. It is in a good location to walk into town and use the many restaurants and bars nearby. Didn’t eat or drink in the hotel as it looked quite soleless. Wouldn’t stay at this hotel again, and wouldn’t recommend it.
