The property was located across the street from the major shopping and eating areas in Myeongdong. Nice and quiet.

The Pacific Hotel exudes a blend of modern convenience and old-school charm, situated conveniently close to Myeongdong, the metro station, and the airport limousine bus pick-up point. Near to the hotel entrance, guests will find a convenience store and a BBQ restaurant. The accommodating staff provided friendly assistance, facilitating an early check-in as per our request. Furthermore, complimentary luggage storage is available on the day of departure, allowing guests to engage in last-minute shopping post-checkout.

This is an old school hotel right in the middle of Myeongdong shopping district. Easy accessibility to eateries, shops, subways and night markets. It is a bit dated but generally in good condition. Probably is a fav hotel for Japanese and China tourists.

No air-con during November
Great location. Service was good. Housekeeping was good. Only cons was that no air-con during cold season. Luckily heater was not on by central unit so we able not to on it. Can open a bit of window only to let the room ventilate.

Very helpful reception, 1 min walk from myeongdong station exit 3, 10 mins walk to namsan cable car station, relatively big room for 2 pax. Highly recommended!

I couldn't find a way to turn off all lights in the room using the buttons by the bed stand. The only way to turn off everything was to remove the key card which made using the bathroom at night that much more challenging. Password-protected WiFi didn't work at all. Staff said there was no IT department to try to fix it. They use plastic reusable slippers. Not that hygenic... For a 4-star hotel I expected much more in terms of service. Compared to the 5-star Lotte Hotel Seoul next to the Westin Josun, which I had the pleasure of staying in, the experience left much to be desired...

The property is very convenient for shopping, dining, and train station. The only downside is the air conditioning in the room. Sometimes it works, but there are times like midnight onwards until early morning the room is so warm, like there is no AC.

A pleasant, older property that has been renovated and well maintained. Rooms are clean and confortable. Very well located: Not far from Busan Station (walkable but advisable to use a taxi if you haul several and/or large suitcases), just down the street from the Busan Tower Cable Car station, next to a subway station and, more importantly, right across the street from the fantastic Myeongdong District, it's upbeat night market and literally hundreds of restaurants and shops. Also down the street from the upscale Shinsegae Department Store, the Namdaemun Market and a pleasant 15 minute walk to the Lotte Department Store Myeongdong and its fabulous food court [located on floor B1] and restaurants [located on the13th and 14th floors]. On-site dining and breakfast choices are limited except for a Holly Cafe located directly in the lobby. Numerous other cafes and restaurants are just a few minutes walk away.

Very convenient location. Hotel was nice and quiet even though it was apparently fully booked. Staff was great. Hotel restaurant should improve its breakfast menu, and it would have been nice to turn off the room fan - on constantly. Overall, very nice.

Excellent experience. Wonderful location and great staff. Conveniently located steps away from Myeongdong station and a few minutes walk to the shopping areas which are always lively and bustling. N Seoul Tower / Namsan Park is also very close by. The room was spacious and the overall vibes were wonderful.

Room was big enough for 3. Very clean and well looked after. Staff very friendly and very accomadating. There are fitted sheets On the bed and the bed is very comfortable. We were very pleased With this hotel and am looking forward to retourning at the end of our trip before hearing home.

Pacific hotel is in a fantasic location within Seoul. Situated right across from Myeongdong's busy shopping street and a minute walk away from the train station, this hotel is in a prime location for anyone looking to stay within a fantasic area of Seoul. The staff were all very friendly and helpful whenever we required assistance from them. They were very prompt in resolving any issues we were facing. I'd highly recommend this hotel due to it's location as it was so easy to get around Seoul from here.

Housekeeping is great. Tidy and cleaned everyday. Amenities are in very good/new condition Rooms look like its been renovated as well very new. Staff Omar has been very pleasant and helpful. Speaks good english and korean. This lady on duty on 22nd feb. Was outright unprofessional. Believe to be a korean. Kept staring at her computer when there are no guests. When asked by omar if what help we needed. She told Omar "i dont know" She cant even communicate to guests saying "please wait a moment" so we concluded she cant/no courage to speak english That 1 Black sheep

It’s a trip to celebrate my Daughter’s birthday thus requested for high floor and hotel informed will give complementary cake to birthday girl. However none of this happened. Was give 3rd floor room and nothing was given to birthday girl. Was told there will be complementary laundry services. However upon check out, counter staff asked for payment. After checking the counter staff then say “ok ok” while looking at his comp screen. No apology no nothing. The hotel is dated, furniture are very old. The only reason why we chooses this hotel is because of its location. Surrounded by many restaurants, convenience stores. However do note the convenience stores are not 24hr, the Mac Donald’s nearby closed at 10pm too. The big daiso near the hotel is closed down.

Good location hotel
Requested for high floor due to my Daughter’s birthday on 21st Dec but was given 3rd floor which is the lowest floor. Booked this hotel many months ago and made the request but was not met. Was pleased with the laundry services. Efficient and ease of use. Location is good. Room is dated and smaller than expected. We are staying in family room.

The floor space was actually too small for us to comfortably open both our suitcases at the same time but I don’t like to place a suitcase on the bed. Trying to get help getting a text with our massive luggage at checkout was fruitless. There was no one at the front desk to assist us and we had to make it work with our luggage on the subway which was less convenient than a taxi and only slightly more convenient than a bus.
