"The staff at this hotel was so friendly and helpful. They let us check in early and check out late to meet our flight needs. The hotel is undergoing renovations and will be amazing when they finish. Despite the current construction, the staff made the stay worth it. I also love this location in London. Nearby tube access makes any siteseeing close, but this neighborhood is quiet and chill. "

"Excellent stay from start to finish. The beds could be softer but everything else including the breakfast and restaurant food was great. Highly recommend. Be prepared for a small bathroom."
