The only good thing was our friend Terry, she was very friendly. Otherwise, this is something I don’t want to state but for my fellow travelers, stay away. I was bit by BED BUGS, yep bed bugs. The elevator looked disgusting…. I should not have to see fingerprints smeared of who knows what on the elevator. Brown stains in the hallways. The walls are paper thin, I can hear the tv next door. My first room had unfinished spackling on the walls. Not one employee apologized for the bed bugs. I had evidence with my bites and capture the bag in a bottle. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!

Was an okay stay, not what I expected. Had a strong odor of some sorts in the hallways and then the same smell in the rooms but not as strong. TV speaker seemed like it was ready to blow, limited breakfast bar, beds creeked & not that comfortable.

Shower head needs washing, looked moldy. Bathroom vent exhaust needs improvement. Window curtain was broken and off its track. Comforter covers had stains that looked recent. It was nice that waffles, yogurt, and cereal was complimentary between 7am to 10am.

It was convenient to where my daughter lives. I was there for a family visit. It's not fancy, but it was clean and quiet. There was a breakfast area that was very nice. The staff was friendly.

Well, staying at the quality Inn was sadly not what I hoped it to be the bed was very comfortable. The walls had water stain marks spackling jobs not finished carpet has burn marks showerhead had oxidation on it but the water was really good hot It’s just a one night sleeping in a bed and going home however, I’ve seen other rooms that they had and they were very clean so maybe I just got a lemon of a room

We stayed for a family wedding at the Crystal Springs Resort across the street. Our check in took two seconds, the room was very spacious and the bed was ultra comfortable. Complementary breakfast was nice and helpful to get back on the road. I will recommend this hotel.

I made my reservation online in October, requesting a “Pet friendly room,” as I was to have my dog with me. When the confirmation came, I did not see that specifically a pet friendly room was booked for me, so I then called the hotel, and was told that they did have pet friendly rooms available, and that I would have one. When I arrived at the hotel on Thanksgiving night, with my dog, 150 miles away from home, I was greeted by a very rude clerk who said that I did NOT have a pet friendly room reserved, and that the confirming call I’d made in October was probably to Expedia and not to the hotel. The clerk indicated that she probably did not have a room for me. She then relented somewhat after a bit of a stand off, and said she’d need to see my dog because she was afraid my dog had fleas! (In the process of our conversation, I had handed her a $20 bill, as she’d said I had not been charged for a pet friendly room. It was only after this that she seemed remotely willing to consider letting me check in.) Once she saw the dog, she begrudgingly handed me a room key. Soon after that, my sister checked into the hotel for the room she had reserved. Somehow, during that transaction, the clerk associated her with me (although our names are different), and told my sister negative had a dog with me, and that my sister should NOT allow me to bring my dog into her room. Aside from the fact that neither my sister nor I had any plan to do this, I felt this was a violation of my privacy.

They are pet friendly but not friendly about pets
Our stay here was not very inviting. We will look elsewhere in the future. This hotel is pet friendly but they do not seem happy about having pets here. Our dog was silent the entire time, was never left in the room alone and didn't make any sort of mess and we always picked up after him when we went outside. The woman, who I can only assume is the owner, seemed very upset that we had a dog even though they are allowed. She was very intense about where our dog was any times. If you do decide to stay here with a pet, call them directly to make sure you have a pet friendly room. We travel with our dog a lot and booked online. This has never been an issue until we booked here. They got it worked out though.

I booked this hotel for my wedding. I waited over 45min to be checked in, which I was fine with, until I informed the front desk person that it was my wedding. I was told I would have to " clean up any pi$$, vomit or sh!t, myself." Then once in the room, I was called several times once my groomsmen arrived to all meet up and leave for my venue. They questioned them visiting to carpool and wanted to charge me for them. This was such a terrible experience, that I did not return and stay overnight in the room. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

When I arrived the woman at the front desk was very pleasant and made checking in a breeze. The only thing I wish was that there were more options for breakfast. (Ex. Bagel,hard boiled eggs) since all there was was a waffle machine some fruit and granola bars. The waffle was delicious when I did have it. Thank you for a great stay!! Will definitely stay here again next year for the Spartan race weekend

Property was good, just my room was so close to the laundry/janitorial room we heard noises from the room especially early am that interrupted my sleep.

We had an overnight stay here. Desk staff was pleasant. Lobby was old and had a stale smell. Water leak by elevator. Room while very dated was fine. Clean and had towels and toiletries. Overall not bad for the cost but definitely needs work.
