Throughout our entire 13-night stay, water continuously leaked from the shower into the toilet area, creating an uncomfortable and potentially unsafe situation. We reported this issue to hotel management several times, but the only action taken was to clean up the water. No maintenance personnel or plumber was ever sent to investigate or resolve the underlying plumbing problem.
We repeatedly requested to be moved to another room, but our requests were never accommodated. We also asked for a refund so we could move to another hotel. However, we were told that because we had booked through a third party, a refund was not possible.
As a result, we were left with no alternative but to endure these unacceptable conditions for the entire 13 nights. It was extremely disappointing that, despite our repeated complaints, hotel management made no meaningful effort to resolve the issue or provide a suitable alternative.
This experience fell far below reasonable hospitality standards, and we believe the hotel should take responsibility for the inconvenience, discomfort, and frustration we experienced throughout our stay.
