"Beautiful house and the location was perfect! Pictures in the listing didn't do it justice. Very close to the beach, just a flat easy path and across the street. High quality chairs, umbrella, wagon, boogie boards were provided. The beach is nice and wide compared to North Topsail and a private access to not too busy. The pool, outdoor bar, grill and lovely landscaped backyard was an awesome hangout area when we were done with the beach. Surf City has plenty of food and shops. The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes and utensils we needed to make meals. The kids loved the basketball game! Bedrooms were beautiful and comfortable. Jeff was very quick to respond to any questions and offered information about the area. We booked last minute after a evacuation mandate in Rodanthe from hurricane Erin. The house was ready to go next morning. Thanks! "

"The house was amazing! There was enough space for everyone and a beautiful view of the ocean. The last morning there we even saw dolphins in the ocean from the balcony! The outdoor shower was super helpful in getting the sand off of everyone before we enetered the house. My mother in law arrived before we did, and could not figure out the door lock. The owner, Ke , was very helpful! He was able to let her in remotely and make sure the lock was reset so we could use it during our stay. The whole family loved the beach, and the water was so warm! Being right on the beach was so much fun! We loved staying here! "

"😀the property mgmt provided a great trip. communication and instructions were point by point understandable. lol. the suite itself was almost spotless. sharply made beds, shiny and functioning kitchen area (stocked with all the essentials), and clean bathroom with linens. There was a lot more than i realized as far as what was provided. for the technically "smart" challenged, they provided step by step instructions on how to use everything. side note: you could hear the people stomping around upstairs but that wasn't the fault of property mgmt. will most definitely stay there again. "

"Seas the Day is the best maintained property I've stayed at in the 20 years we've been renting on Topsail Island. Amazing location with the only traffic issues being the always hectic move in Saturday. The view was great, the beach about 30 yards away and the owner texted me hours after our arrival to assure everything was as promised. He even sent someone to check on an issue the previous tenant had reported (and texted me who was coming , why and at what time). Great location and attentive owner made this our best annual family beach trip ever."
