Still have not heard from them (except for auto messages). The apartment was in very poor condition. It may have looked like the photos 5 years ago but now it is rundown. The maintenence issued highlighted by reviews in 2025 (and claimed by host to be fixed) -NOT fixed plus many more. I did not find the Kayaks, kids were were upset. I can live with overall a 3 star accommodation but my real disappointment was the misleading advert & photos and zero response from host when I asked for assistance. I have a copy of the email and photos of the apartment issues (taken on arrival). I found I’ve. Trays that were cooked in grease and leftover food on the trays. The dishes still had grease on them. One of the glass had mold growing in it. Thank goodness I looked at the bottom of the glass before used it. I took pictures and sent them to the host. No compensation was offered but sent a girl out after my emails about the state of the kitchen to clean the bbq grill. I never even looked at the grill. I was too busy cleaning up the dishes, glass and pans that were left when I checked in. The curtains were dirty and disorganized. I would not recommend this place at all.
