This ground floor apartment has been very tastefully renovated and decorated, radiating that beach feeling. Sit back, relax and enjoy fantastic sea views from the living area and balcony.

The property has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with the master bedroom boasting an ensuite. The living area and bedrooms have the added advantage of air-conditioning and ceiling fans.

There is a spacious outdoor courtyard in addition to the balcony and two parking spaces available - one open and one lockup garage so bring along the surfboards and keep them safe!

Pandanus Shores is situated at the start of the boardwalk to Bulcock Beach and the main shopping street of Caloundra. Take a stroll in the other direction to cafes, the patrolled beach and Kings Beach surf club.

The complex has secure underground parking and a swimming pool.

Linen is included for all bookings made after the 1st December 2022, If you booked prior to this linen is not provided. Information on linen hire service will be provided at time of booking.

Good relaxing work trip

Stayed here 4 years ago and decided to come back and bring my aged Dad (92) and disabled son for a weeks holiday. Love the few changes to the unit this is a lovely unit to stay in. Everything you need is there except a hair dryer. In my review last time I mentioned last time the queen bed in unit was very hard to sleep on and caused me some discomfort. Sorry to see no new mattress, I see that a pillow top has been added to the bed. But wasn’t enough to make this mattress made in China comfortable. I bought along a foam underlay just in case and had to add a quilt as well to get some comfort to sleep in this bed. This is the only bad thing about this unit. It would be nice to have a comfortable bed to sleep on.

I decided to bring my wife back up the coast to have a stress free break as my mother-in-law had just passed away. First walk in impression was great, the when we were making our bed there was fresh blood on the mattress protector. We called the agent who promptly brought a replacement. When our friends arrived, they too found dried blood stain on their mattress protector. On closer inspection the unit was filthy and was in need of a thorough clean, dust build up behind the beds, toilets left unclean even though the had the sanitation label on the lid of the seat. My wife and I were mortified that our visitors had to witness this, utterly appalling. Property manager was again contacted and another clean of the property was carried out and the cleaner brought with her 2 more mattress protectors. There was broken glass under fridge. During the week the microwave decided to blow up and another 24- 48 hours before the owners arrived with a spare microwave. My wife was so upset as this was to be a healing time for us.

This is the best place I have stayed in Caloundra. Lovely warm unit for the winter time with lovely views of kings beach. The queen bed is not very comfy and too hard owners need to upgrade mattress to a better one. And would have like more than 1 saucepan are my only complaints. Other than that the unit was perfect
