Pros: Lage und Frühstück
Cons: WLan

Lovely friendly B&B in quiet, peaceful area

Posted 01-Jan-2017
Pros: Wonderfully quiet and peaceful. Comfy bed, lots of pillows, bar fridge works great, bathroom huge, shower & water pressure great.
Cons: A WiFi router in the guest area to boost signal would be awesome.
Location: Close to great places to eat in Gympie, <1hr to Noosa. A great quiet place to get away while still being relatively close to touristy amenities.
Extremely helpful, warm, friendly and accommodating hosts. Rooms are lovely, cute longstitch and cross stitch pillows and wall decorations, nice bedding and good towels. The room was comfortable and clean, and the surrounding gardens were beautiful in flower and attracted some lovely insect life and colourful butterflies. Our dog was very happy running around the garden on her long line lead, and met some of the other dogs staying at the same time. Everyone was so friendly and it was a wonderful experience. We mostly wanted to get away from everything for a while, and the hosts were very accommodating of what we were looking for. They helped us find places to eat and gave us lovely breakfasts when we asked, and were also very respectful of our personal space - also good to have a short friendly chat to when we saw them in passing. Thank you for giving us a wonderful few days' break from a hectic Christmas!

Excellent, friendly and helpful stay

We highly recommend this B&B both James and Suzannah are excellent hosts. Nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast is excellent - great home cooking - fresh and delicious. I like ice in the fridge and that was replaced without asking. It was fun at breakfast sharing travel tales with our hosts and other guests - a very friendly atmosphere and a great start to the day.
