Spaciously set over two levels with the most amazing luxurious bathroom for you to enjoy. Walk to the patrolled beach in two minutes or enjoy a morning coffee from one of the local cafes before heading to the local bar for afternoon cocktails. Five minute drive to world famous Hastings St and Noosa main beach.Welcome to the beautiful 'La Palma' in Sunshine Beaches Heart. This fabulous own entrance two level townhouse is literally located on the villages doorstep. You can walk to 'Sunshine Social' within a few seconds to enjoy a morning roaster before heading to the patrolled beach which is an easy couple of minutes walk. NB the property is not suitable for toddlers or children between 1 and 5 years of age. The property itself has been fully renovated and styled with beautiful coastal furnishings throughout. When you enter via the front door you are greeted by an open plan fully stocked gourmet kitchen with all mod cons. This flows on the open plan dining and living area with a couch you can simply fall into after a long day at the beach. On this level you will find a private fully enclosed patio with alfresco dining and baby Weber BBQ. There is also a powder room on this level. There is reverse cycling air conditioning on this level. The first level of this stunning home comprises of two spacious bedrooms (both with queen beds) and the beyond amazing bathroom. The master bedroom has a lovely balcony with ocean glimpses and cooling breezes for you to enjoy your morning coffee. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. The bathroom has been lovingly renovated with stunning pieces from Bali, cooling colours and gorgeous tapware. The laundry is also in the bathroom should you have to use it during your stay. Included in your beautiful stay: All linen and towels including beach towels Lush Lief bathroom products (hand and body wash) Single private garage (not suitable for large SUV's) Well stocked kitchen with coffee machine Private outdoor alfresco area Outdoor rain shower Condiments to get you through your first night Luxury 100% Egyptian cotton sheets There is a Baby Weber BBQ for your use in the courtyard. Enjoy amazing National Park walks (accessed via North Sunshine Beach) with the best ocean views and easy walk to the fully renovated Surf Club. NB the property is not suitable for toddlers or children between 1 and 5 years of age. As our guest you have full access to the property, private courtyard and single garage. Car parking Kindly ensure you use garage two only. There is one visitor space which you can use to drop off any luggage you may have. Once you have dropped everything off please either use garage two. Additional cars can be parked on the street (across the road is free parking). For larger vehicles that don't fit in the garage please park on site nose in to garden bed on the far right side closest to the street side as this is shared parking if available.
