Room 21 - Mr Nardella Stayed 1 week. No issue with the property or staff all great. Pool/ Spa fantastic. However - Was refused service twice by the Greek Restaurant on two seperate nights even though they had 2 single tables available telling me they were too busy to serve me. Terrible attitude from the owners wife. Nasty person. Being a Master Builder up from Melbourne inspecting a property for a client I’m used to Lamb on Chapel a Melbourne institution. I ended up eating next door twice at Foxys and highly recommend food and service. Stay away from the Greek Restaurant. Although they advertised a free bottle of wine to all guests staying at this hotel - they wouldn’t even seat me. Terrible service and attitude towards a solo traveler. Unfortunately I Would not stay at this Hotel again due to this experience. I am a builder in Melbourne who flys all over Australia staying in hotels hired to inspect property’s for potential purchasers. Terrible experience at this Greek restaurant- # never again.

Fantastic spot for a family smack in the heart of Coolum. Staircase no elevator is the only issue we had.

I loved the whole thing but stairs a problem with my husband who has parkinsons….staff were so accommodating and put us in a first floor apartment which helped but needs to be put into website (Ithink)

We had a fantastic staay, due to lockdown the keys were delivered in a way that required no contact in an envelope with a lovely letter, the room was beautiful and the complex was in an ideal position. Would highly recommend the lovely spot staffed by lovely people!

Fantastic location right next to the beach and all the restaurants and cafe's that Coolum has to offer. Staff were very friendly and approachable and the apartment was very comfortable.

Great location, staff was friendly!! Arrived after midnight easy to locate apartment keys with clear instruction. However When we arrived all balcony doors were open and apartment was filled with smoke from lower balconies which wasn’t pleasant and was difficult to sleep. Found the fact you had to pay for toilet paper a bit odd....

Hi Loz, thank you for taking the time for a review. Apologies for the balcony door being left open - it should not have been. Not sure where the smoke came from however our guests are allowed to smoke only on the balconies and no where else in the resort grounds. As our apartments are fully self contained apartments we only supply a 1 day supply of all condiments etc so that guests have time to purchase their own. We cannot supply these condiments on a daily basis for free due to families/groups etc. All the best and take care.

We loved the location just steps away from the beach and local shops and heaps of Eating choices. The shops were also user friendly and very reasonably priced. Lots of Markets nearby and tourist attractions were also within a half an hour. The double bed in the second bedroom could do with a new mattress as is a bit dippy in the middle.

Great location with cafes & restaurants downstairs and around the corner. Management was good communicating entry instructions by email and SMS in advance, as we were arriving after check-in window of 2-4pm. For $180/night the shower needs resealing to get rid of mould.Was a 3-storey walk-up from basement carpark, with no lift, don't recall seeing that anywhere when booking online.Stairs were dangerous when going down (had to walk sideways due to shallow treads) When I reported a missing hairdryer I was told hairdryers are stolen, it was in the compendium to ask for one at reception .... isn't that why they take credit card details? Certainly that's why I reported it, for fear of being charged, after reading notices in the apartment advising we'd be charged for broken/damaged items (fair enough). But we'd also be charged for not putting out garbage, and not washing and putting away dishes ... REALLY?

Lovely, affordable apartment
Checkin was quick, and very pleasant. We were given a lovely 2 bedroom apartment as we were staying 5 nights, even though our stay included a long weekend. Close to many various and fabulous restaurants and cafes. Discount vouchers helped save a few dollars, and 3 of the 4 restaurants in the complex offer a 10% discount! A very enjoyable stay, thank you!

The location is in a great position very close to the beach and restaurants. Our room was recently renovated and this was done well. Only let down was 3 level of stairs. Great place to stay.

Rooms are big and dining area has lots of space:). Kitchen with everything plus wash machine. Laundry with washer and dryer. Cleaning in the shower wasn't good :( . Good position close to beach but not very clean. There wer dirty saucepans in the cupboard and our feet were soon black from walking on the floor. Also found the steps up to the top floor a bit hard.

Rooms average, overpriced for what they are. Aircon not working, notified management and I was told they had been serviced recently so should be working, had 3 night stay with no aircon, advertised free wifi but had none, again was notified by management that the issue was not theirs and nothing they could do, nothing offered for the inconvenience, Plenty of other hotels in the area to choose from

We do remember this booking and the airconditioner was attended to as requested, remote reset and airconditioner was working when the staff member left the apartment. If you were still having issues we are always there to help. The internet which is through a third party was in the middle of an unscheduled upgrade/maintenance which is now complete and apologies for the inconvenience. Your comments have been noted. Nice.
I like it that’s it’s very near to the beach, the shops and the restaurants. Its clean and we love the spa. The only thing is there is no elevator. We had pram so have to carry it up and down the stairs whenever we stroll. The floor in the shower is a bit slippery so it won’t be good for senior or any one prone to fall. But over all it’s a nice hotel. We have a good stay.

Nice hotel, good location
Everything was good with the apartment no problems. They only big issue for us was they advertised having free wifi which made us stay there. Upon arrival there was internet, this caused quite a disruption for us all. We had moved from the uk and were in the middle of buying a house and enrolling children into school. The internet was vital to us for our two week stay until house was ready to move into.

Very comfortable hotel close to beach & restaurant
Hotel was booked at last minute and room was very comfortable and fitted out nicely. A little dated but clean and roomy. As we checked in on a Saturday our check in communication was delivered by text all very clear and professional. Would have been nice to have some staff on site to get beach towels and other information from. Overall happy with accomodation, very conveniently located close walk to beach, restaurants and shops. A lovely spot.

Location was good but room not up to par
Dissapointing, on arrival staff had to be called to clean the room. Sand and dirt on the ocuch. Cutlery in the drawers and pots dirty. The fumes from the restaurant in the evening would filter into the room. This could have just been the room we were allocated as we paid for a Standard. No view for this room category.

all cheap fantastic furniture, bathroom is that old I had to wear thongs in it, cause I could not trust it. no life loads of stairs
