Located only a stones throw from the patrolled beach, the centre of town and a wide selection of renowned restaurants, cafes and take-away eateries - you won't even need to use the car. All resort-style amenities are on offer including lift access, secure undercover parking, free Wi-Fi, a heated pool, sauna and a shared BBQ area. Unit 58 is located on the 10th floor giving you an almost birds eye view over the Pumicestone passage and beyond The unit has been renovated throughout (except for the bathrooms) and the furnishings are both modern and comfortable. Please note that this property does not have air conditioning however there are ceiling fans are supplied. Bedrooms Main bedroom: Queen bed with TV Second bedroom; 2 x single beds Linen Bookings newly created after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee. Parking Secure undercover parking, please note the entrance to the carpark has a 2 metre clearance. Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office.
