Designed on one level, the home sleeps 8 guests and offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious open-plan living area with a fireplace, and a home office. With high ceilings throughout, the home seamlessly flows to the outdoor area with a pool, alfresco dining space, and a secure backyard perfect for dogs. Under 15mins from Mooloolaba and Maroochydore, ideally located to explore the Sunshine Coast. The Space: This spacious, single-level rustic retreat comfortably sleeps up to eight guests and is thoughtfully designed for a relaxed, local-living experience. The open, flowing layout and high ceilings create a welcoming atmosphere, with an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area featuring two plush sofas, two occasional chairs, a smart TV, and a cosy fireplace. An AC unit in the living room ensures comfort throughout, and a dedicated home office is available for those needing to work or study during their stay. The kitchen, practical and well-equipped, offers all the essentials for cooking away from home, including a fridge, dishwasher, stovetop, oven, microwave, and coffee pod machine, plus an additional fridge in the laundry.
