The Space  
  
From the gated courtyard, the floorplan opens through to an expansive atrium bathed in beautiful natural light. You’ll be instantly drawn to the two-story glass door framing the entrance, and the double-height ceiling.  
  
Adorned with polished concrete and timber finishes – this residence embraces a soothing neutral colour palette. The ebb and flow of the Noosa River is a calming backdrop for the open-plan living space, dining, and kitchen, with the indoor spaces seamlessly flowing outdoors.  
  
The chef-style kitchen is embellished with timber cabinetry, white marble benchtops and high-quality appliances - offering everything you need and more for your holiday. The expansive island bench lends itself to congregation and conversation - or rather enjoy a glass of wine in the more intimate setting of your courtyard.  
  
The dining space is cleverly executed to foster warmth and connection, best appreciated over a meal or private chef experience. Upstairs, luxury elements and characteristic art are subtly positioned, leading to the three guest bedrooms and master suite.
