Beautiful, relaxing accommodations

Our guests are OUR priority!! Easy access, ground level Champion's Villa completely refreshed and ready as a first year rental. This end unit overlooks the natural surroundings of the 16th green on the Willard Bryd course at Sea Trail Golf Resort. The Villa offers 1450 square feet of living space with an open and spacious living/dining/kitchen combined area, a fully equipped kitchen if you are vacationers that cook full meals, a full-size washer and dryer, plus a private sunroom conveniently located just a short walk away from the pools and the Activity Center. Newly installed laminate wood flooring in the living room, sunroom and kitchen, freshly painted and extra clean. Private secure Internet access included. Two-queen beds with private bath in the main part of the Villa and two additional queen beds in the adjoining room with full bath. The adjoining room is complete with a mini kitchen, full size refrigerator, dining for two, sitting area with flat screen TV and work station allowing for all of our guests to have their own privacy and spaces to relax.

Perfect place to stay near Sunset Beach

Loved the space and the amenities. Pool was close, sun porch was great to hang out. Awesome location and space. Will definitely be back.

Wonderful stay

We loved the size and location of this property. We forgot our beach towels so we were hoping for some at the property and didn’t have any to use. We would definitely stay again and enjoyed our time.

The condo was great...clean and very roomy! It felt like home. The location was good as well so that was nice. The owners were very responsive before the stay as well as during when issues with the TVs came up. I would definitely stay again.

Everything was good, only the conditioner dispenser in main bathroom did not work, we did not use door to mini suite, it seemed not to work properly. We were very comfortable, thank you for letting us stay.

Nice villa/location

Nice, clean villa located close to the beach. Tastefully decorated and no carpet which was a plus for us. Good amenities; golf hole right out the back door! Owners were nice and answered all our questions quickly. Would recommend this villa to anyone staying in the area.

Everything was great!

We enjoyed our stay! Plenty of room for family! Very clean! Close to beach and stores!. The pool was also very clean and not at all crowded, it felt very private. My only complaint was there were no sheets for the pull out bed, but that was minor! I would stay again!

Very Nice Villa

We really enjoyed our stay. Though it sleeps 8 people,it is very comfortable for 4 people. Well-stocked kitchen. We liked the patio, as well. The villa side-suite provided additional room. Very relaxing view of the golf course.Quiet location with ample free parking. We enjoyed both the Villa pool, and the Sea Trail Activity Center.

Great Place at our Favorite Beach

We had been coming to Sunset Beach since 1992 and would rent a couple of homes on the 3rd row with our extended family. We hadn't been to Sunset Beach since 2010. It was great to get back here and spend time relaxing with family. The accommodations were wonderful and exactly as described in the listing. My family enjoyed their 3 night stay at the condo and hope to return again in the future.

A Great Place To Stay!!

Sea Trail is a quiet and clean place to stay! I love the set up of this unit. The Suite and mini suite was perfect for my in laws to have thier own separate space! Being on the ground floor was great as well. No need for stairs or the elevator for my elderly in laws! I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Sanford and Sandra for providing such a nice place for people to rent!

Great location! Very nice 1st floor end condo!

This condo was perfect! The complex is quiet and tidy. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Location was awesome! It is within a few miles of the ocean and Calabash. The nice pool was right across the parking lot. There were noodles, floaties, goggles and toys available for use which my grandkids really loved. The unit was spacious and beds super comfy! The best thing was the dispenser in the showers for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We didn't have any problems at all. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic - 5 stars

Really a very beautiful place, a real little corner of paradise for golfers, everything is nearby (several golf courses, restaurants, beach and attractions). While being close to everything, the town and the site are very clean and really peaceful. We are already looking forward to booking our next vacation here. The owners were very helpful, when we had a question they responded really quickly. They are amazing hosts. Thank you again.
