I really liked this hotel. It was my first time staying at any Raddison, and I wasn't quite sure what to expect. However, this was a very pleasant stay. It's literally across the street from the airport, it also helps that it's not far from a grocery store, Jack in the Box, and 13 Coins (please check that one out if you have time). The gym was really nice; I was shocked to see the level of quality for the weights. The pool actually caught me by surprise because somehow, I missed it when I was browsing amenities. Although I didn't get a chance to take a swim, there was always someone in there when I went to the gym. I'll definitely stay here again.

The fireplace did not work nor the heat and it was cold at night in the morning. 2 lights in the very large room was absolutely not enough. No one at the front desk answered. Restaurant not open in the middle of the summer. The next morning, when all these things were brought to the attention, they offered to do nothing but a very insufficient apology.

The room I got was next to elevator, it was noisy and wasn’t fond of that. I couldn’t get a hold of front desk through phone so went in person. I asked if it was possible to upgrade my stay or move. Without any effort they said no and wasn’t able to satisfy my request. I’ll rethink my future stays and won’t be booking here as staff wasn’t any help whatsoever. It’s not like I was requesting a free upgrade. I communicated I’ll pay the difference as we did not want the room the was assigned.

"Beautiful lavender on the property, and a truly unique lodging experience. The central "tower" was very cool and the castle-themed decor and accessories were delightful! The castle had everything we needed for our trip, and we enjoyed the lavender, the hot tub, and the location in Sequim!"
