При настаняването ни се налагаше да чакаме доста, докато дойде мениджърката. На рецепция младежът беше изключително изгубен и неориентиран. Не бяха наясно стаята готова ли е и т.н, а часът беше след 14:30.. Личеше си, че чаршафи и хавлии бяха прани, но в ужасна кондиция(прекалено захабени и на петна). Беше пълно с паяжини, паяци и прах. Кърпи се сменят ежедневно само при доплащане. Не ни работеше климатика, смениха ни дистанционното и всичко беше точно. Телевизорът също не работеше, майсторът знаеше, но никой не ни беше уведомил до момента, в които не сигнализирахме за проблем. Вероятно за цената, която платихме (изключително ниска) не би трябвало да имам каквито и да е очаквания, но би било добре, ако се поработи върху обслужване на гостите.

NICE CLEAN PLACE WHICH WAS ABOUT TEN MINUTES WALK TO HIGH STREET, WILL DEFINIETLY GO BACK .

Outside nice looking hotel, inside awfull

Pros: Only our cleaner and the restaurant
Cons: Hotel staff behaviour, put more smile on their sour faces and be more friendly, also improve other things in the rooms
Location: 10 minutes walk to the sea, shops, restaurant everywhere
We will never come to this hotel again and will not recommend it to anyone. Hotel staff was very unfriendly with sour faces. They charged us E5 for parking daily, plus wifi E5 for 6 hours for every single gadget, and internet connection wasn't good. There was also charge for hair dryer and iron. We arrived at night, toilet seat was broken and fridge defrosted and leaking on the floor. the receptionist gave me a mop and I had to do clean it myself. There was always smell from the shower hole like from toilet. At night time there was always drunk people being noisy on the floor and we couldn't sleep, because we heard everything. Pillows were very hard and unconfortable. The only person we liked was our cleaner Sevda, she was very friendly, chatty, keeping our room clean and making nice decorations on the beds from towels. Also restaurant staff was nice and friendly. We wouldn't go to this hotel even if we had it for free. We were extremely dissapointed.

We spent there one week And we were very satisfied And surprised What was the conditon of hotel And How was the staff friendly And polite .

Very bad managers

The managers were very stupid and unreal, fight with most of there custemers, they steel from you if you not awake. The room you book is not the room you get-----everything is fake

Worse 2 managers ever seen....

The 2 managers vere so rude. Everyday they had fights vith custermers,because they either were moved to another hotel or because of they wanted money at check in even the room were prepaid. I had the same problem,my room vas prepaid.but anyway they took money cash from me at check in. It tooks 4 days to get some of my money back. They really try to cheat everybody, 10 leva pingpong,40 for saftybox even my reservation told it was in the room free of charge. The worse 2 managers ever seen,and the police have to come to the hotel to fix problems. Big sign at the elevators tells you it cost 50 eu 1 time time you play with it and 200 SECOND TIME. Met 1 old man who night was a little drunk and misclick 2 times, he had to pay 50eu or the would call police----yes he paid----

Hello Mr. Henrik. We are glad that you wish to share your opinion. According to the number of your comments, we see that you have booked several consecutive times in different double rooms. During your stay you did not have a complaint, you talked to the reception staff every day and enjoyed your vacation.The rules in the 3-star hotel are changing towels for 3 days and changing sheets for 5 days. Keep in mind that yours have been changed 2 times as often as you like for free. Best Regards

Disgrace! Bahami residence said there was a problem with our booking and had no spare rooms...I had booked in advance and had the confirmation. They moved us to bahami hotel which they also owned. It was dingy and unclean. I had originally booked a 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchenette...they charged us the same price to stay in a one bedroom with roll out beds. No kitchenette and a broke small fridge. The staff were useless and we could not even book a taxi from the hotel to the airport. Wifi was terrible and all in all we were very disappointed. I would be wary booking through hotels.com again as you had confirmed my booking which was then later revoked upon arrival by the hotel staff. Disgusted and absolutely ruined our weekend away

Awful hotel with unhelpful owner.

Pros: The food in the bar was ok.
Cons: Not over booking!
Location: Good location as near main square, restaurants and shops but noisy because of that.
The hotel overbooks the main Bahami Residence so you have to accept the alternative Bahami Hotel down the road which is outdated and run down will no facilities. When we refused the room there they eventually found us a room in the main building but the rest of our party - we had booked 5 rooms altogether - were put in other building or had to wait until 7pm to get a room despite arriving at 2pm. Even our room in the main building was not good. The shower flooded, the sheets did not fit the bed and as there were no mattress protectors we ended up sleeping on bare mattresses; the curtains did not draw across the entire windows so the bedroom was like an oven by 6am; despite being an apartment for 4 we only had 3 chairs and no sofa. The staff did not help in any way except to offer me a mop to mop up the water from the shower! We left after one night - we had booked for 4.

they put us in a room as the room we booked was not available, then after 2 days moved us in another room which did not meet any of the description in the original reservation: no double bed, no sofa, no ventilation in the bathroom. the room was not clean, found litter under the bed, nor was being cleaned during the stay. the cleaning lady only took the trash. moist and bad smell in the room. shower leaking on the floor. no breakfast provided as per the reservation.
