Eggs, cold cuts and cheese options (never had brown cheese before, but I am a fan), fresh whole grain bread from the local Bakery (Naustdal Dampbakeri) in town (seeded and unseeded), several types of Wasa Crisps, cured Salmon. This is SO much better than the cr@\* that I receive in the USA. Only detractor is a slight mustiness in the lower floor, but that comes with the age of these northern climate establishments. Rooms were adequate for our two small carry-on's, if you bring more you will be hard-pressed to find a place to walk. I would not hesitate to return for another stay.
