A very disappointing experience
Room dirty with dust and not cleaned after my complaint. Breakfast and dinner are very basic with no minimum chouce of foods. It is a real shame and disgraceful for a supposed 4* hotel. The only positive point is the location.

Great location! Healthy breakfast and dinner included. Hepfull staff. Very close to restaurants and bars. Take the opportunity to visit Norra Stadsberget (1km) and Sidssjön (3km).

Very friendly place good breakfast and tasty food Good value and fantastic service from an amazing staff probably underpaid The staff make this hotel worse a travel by it self.

Very pleasant staff, delicious dinner - really good food and included in price... Coffee available early before breakfast is helpful, price was good value.

Nice hotel. Clean hardwood floor and good ventilation in room. Very good breakfast buffet. No refrigerator in room. Nice and helpful staff. I first got room 220, but frontdesk arranged so I could immediately switch to a better room. 220 has windows to an indoor corridor, and old carpet, should be made into storage closet.

Wonderful. The absolute hands down best hotel for which I've had the pleasure to stay. Staff are incredible. Nice, friendly and efficient. Breakfast and dinner buffets are awesome.

Very comfortable hotel in the heart of Sundsvall
I stay here often and it is one ofmy favourite hotelsin Sundsvall. I slept incredibly well as I received a quiet room on the second floor. Room was small but sufficient.

Sundsvall Grand Clarion - noisy bar, great locatio
Most of the hotel faces a bar that stays open and loud until 2am. A big problem in summer when the only way to cool a room is to leave the window open at night. Otherwise a great place.
