El personal muy atento, nos ayudaron dándonos tips sobre lugares para visitar, para pedir tuc tuc para ir a la estación de tren,etc, muy amables y serviciales, todo muy bien! "La chambre n'était pas propre, le tapis dans la salle de bain était sale. L'accueil, personne ne nous a prêté attention (le portable est plus important apparemment). On sonne le soir alors que nous étions en pyjama pour nous dire qu'il manquait une information sur le formulaire. Nous avons dû aller chercher du personnel pour pouvoir déjeuner car personne au restaurant. Pour un hôtel qui se dit 4 étoiles, je vous le déconseille. "The room was very filthy, there was dirt on the bed sheets. I booked a room with a view of the city but the room provided was completely different. The toilet was the worst. There was no hot water facility. There was a soap bar which was previously used. There were smelly rags which were used to clean the toilet still lying around. Overall PATHETIC"
