"Our night check-in person was very helpful and polite, it went downhill from there. The room had clean sheets and towels. Grime on the walls and in the corners, dark spots on the ceiling. Some money spent on paint would go a long way.
Breakfast.... Carbs and cereal, folgers coffee, not the coffee advertised on the dispenser. Person at the desk was more interested in being on the phone than cleaning the sparse dining area.
I got the feeling the franchise owner was in it for what they could get out of it and damn everyone else. Must be owned by a politician."
"Clean room, staff excellence ,air-conditioning real cold, only draw back was the tub only for shower use,but it did had a tub no stopper hole, but it was close to the shopping center, restaurant, the price was good"
"The room had a weird musky or mildew smell to it. The toilet clogged after going #1 twice. Toilet paper is 1ply. Bathroom was in rough looking condition. The bed was very firm and sheets kinda rough. There was the parking lot lights shining so bright it looked like daytime outside when it was night. A lot of truckers at this location & there were loud people outside at 3am. For $128 is was horrible. It was worth about $49."
"The moment I arrived, I was put off. The main office is kept locked and you have to go through a side door with a glass partition to check in. Not a good omen. The agent on-site recommended me to preview a couple rooms to decide whether I even wanted to stay there before she checked me in. She was very nice and honest, which I really appreciated. I chose to stay at the room closest to the office, for safety. The usual "clientele" leaves one feeling very uneasy and was warned to lock and remain in the room after dark. There is no pool, apparently it was torn out a few years ago and I was told the owner is aware the listing still shows them as having one. We were not able to take our shoes off, as the floor was sticky and grungy feeling and when we showered (with a hole punched into the shower wall) our feet were filthy. Fortunately, the beds themselves were clean and comfortable. If you're brave, it wasnt completely horrible but I would NOT recommend for families or single women to stay there."
"Room was clean, but smelled very strongly of bleach. Had to have window open. Water didn’t get very warm. And bed was uncomfortable and only had nightstand on one side. The side without only had a few inches to get out of bed."
