I will not ever stay in this property nor recommend it to anyone else. I was fooled by the reviews but the employees have no regard for the customer experience. As a guest you have to pick up and drop off keys at a completely different location. The front desk person could not answer any of my questions and programmed the key- fob wrong so we couldn't get into the building without someone else coming along. Instead of bringing us a new one he said we could come back in the pouring rain to get a new one. The pull out bed was broken and warped with springs sticking out of the mattress and crumbs and old sock in the bed. The only good thing is the location. You can pay just as much for a nice hotel

We loved the location but the unit 103 was absolutely awful sofa and mattress. It was so old the cushions were completely flat and unable to be sat on and the bed had me and my husband sunk into the middle on top of each other the furniture was older than 10 yrs and broken down not to mention gross. Sad to spend a week in an unsleepable bed and sofa while skiing was exhausting.

The condo was very nice and in good condition overall. It was very quiet in the area and that was nice. Had one issue when the stove wouldn't shut down and no response from the emergency number given. Otherwise, very pleased overall.

There was a coffee maker, just no coffee. A single use coffee pod would've been great (hotels do that all the time!). Charging a the fee to check in early, a courtesy that used to be free, is disappointing. 10am check out is as well.

I loved the homey charm the room had, and the kitchenette was huge for us to feel comfortable. It was a great location to be walkable to Breck but not in downtown. The only problems we had were that the microwave was broken, and the bedroom was a bit cramped.

The unit is very cozy and well equipped and organized (kitchen drawers were perfectly organized). It had a view of the mountains, which was nice. In the winter, one could ski to a lift. One unfortunate aspect is that the swimming pool is across the street and sadly some people were very rude to be loud late in the evening. The unit is somewhat dated. But apart from that, we enjoyed it and would go back. The check-in process was very smooth and easily allowed us to check-in early, which we appreciated.

Condo was just ok. First few days everything seemed like it was breaking or just didn’t work. Paid way too much to have to deal with it all. Shower broke on first try. Gas logs were not on and didn’t work until later in day. Electric heat in bed room made horrible clicking noise ALL night so had to turn it off to be able to sleep

The building is old and smelly. But it is very close to lifts, and has all necessary features (full kitchen, easy access, humidifier and etc) so all in all it was good stay

The property is great, loved our room and design and located in a nice area, 2 blocks from the Main Street stores and restaurants. Easy to drive out to other areas. Only problem we had is in the parking garage the assigned spot had 2 poles to park between that mad it impossible to park between. I have a Toyota Tacoma midsize and it just wouldn’t fit even backing back and forth. Parking out side was fine as the weather was beautiful. If you need a garage spot I would verify that you a good one I have no doubt they know which ones a usable would stay again

Great Location to Downtown!
Love the location Have stayed in this complex many times over the years. All other unit we have stayed in oveer the years have been updated. This particular unit needs new carpet as currently older carpet with a lot of stains on it. Also, furniture is old and out dated and not very comfortable. Needs updating.

Very old and very outdated 1 bedroom condo. Nothing was updated in that condo since it's was build probably in 1980s that include brown carpet furniture and furnishing.

Outdated, but very clean. Nice balcony! Pools and hot tubes are closed, so I wish that was noted on the description ( other pools are open, and I have no idea why the Trailsend was not)!

Everything was great- clean, good service and amenities My only complaint was that the checkout and check in is a different building than where the rooms are. We had to walk 10-15 mins in the cold. Not convenient

Nice place, right in town
The condo I stayed in was nicely decorated and comfortable, with a deck off the bedroom and living room. It was nice to have a kitchen. The place is also a quick walk to Main Street.

Went to get some extra blankets out of closet but they smelled awful don’t know if it was because they were in plastic containers but they smelled horrible no extra towels for showers in the morning since we used them at night for hot tub not only that they close hot tub and pool so early

Be careful of "Bait and Switch"
The location of this building is great. Be careful when choosing a condo from Ski Country Resorts. The pictures on the website showed a white, spacious, sun filled condo with big windows on an upper floor. The actual condo was dark, cramped and below ground level. Ski Country Resorts was unsympathetic to our disappointment. Felt like we got the "bait and switch".

It was really warm in the property when we checked in and there is no AC in this unit. We opened the sliding doors and it slowly cooled down, and left them open all night. This was necessary to sleep but then you get some noise from cars/partiers. Everything else about the unit was ok. It's dated but didn't really bother me as it was clean. The pool across the street was nice. Oh, the sliding screen door came off the tracks when we opened it, so that was fun. Was easy to park outside but the garage was not working.

comfortable bed. nice setting, but the garage was under the condo and constantly the garage door opened and closed, even at night. The Microwave was vey noisy, we stopped using it.

Great Location!
We have stayed in this complex many times. Love the location, hot tub and pool. This particular unit was clean, just outdated. Management company handling property is very accommodating.
