Rocky Mountain Resort at Snowscape

Posted 28-Aug-2015
Pros: Location was great !
Cons: Unit and Overall Resort maintenance.
Location: Great starting location for excursions to nearby Ski resorts and Rocky Mountain National Park.
Overall this resort was very disappointing and the Unit was very poorly maintained, from falling screen doors to appliances (fridge) and other amenities (BBQUE, TV Set) in really bad conditions. Bathrooms were not suitably clean. Common facilities, i.e., pool and spa area, not cleaned properly on a daily basis. Resort staff was not very helpful to solve or help to resolve complains. EXPEDIA SHOULD EXCERCISE MORE CAREFULL AND PROFESSIONALLY ADEQUATE SELECTION (UP TO THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY STANDARDS) ON SELECTING THEIR LISTED PROPERTIES. Overall this property is inadequate for families.

A condo that is surrounded by the beauty of nature

Posted 24-Aug-2015
Pros: How much space there was for how much I spent
Cons: The directions were a little difficult to follow, but mainly just because of our late check in
Absolutely amazing condo! VERY well priced, clean, roomy and well worth the trip. I will be looking forward to working with this company again in the future- MUCH MUCH better than staying in a hotel

Cool Colorado

Posted 04-Aug-2015
Pros: The quiet area and how well-appointed the condo was. Having a garage was a real plus, too!
Location: Lots of hiking and the free bus can take you to many different cities. Just great.
We were vey pleased with the resort and the condo, but would have preferred the location to be in Dillon, Co. Instead we ended up in Silverthorne about ten minutes away. There is a free Summit Stage bus that is a few steps away from the facility, but it only runs once a hour. The condo was lovely. It was very up-to-date and the furnishings were quite comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. More so than any we have ever been in. The location was quiet and there were a lot of hiking trails very near by.

Maintenance Please

Posted 27-Jul-2015
Pros: Good location - plenty of space, everyone had a bed.
Cons: Maintenance - the place could us some TLC maintenance. TV/DVD player - Provide a cable to connect the two.
Location: Ton of things to do if you like the out doors. There during the summer - went hiking and to Breckenridge for the day
Start with the good. The overall price was ok. The place was an older place and could use some updating but that is OK. The place was clean and overall neat. The kitchen and bathroom was nice and clean – no nasty suprises. Now the bad. Getting the key to property. The company sends you emails telling you to go to a website to get the access codes to get your keys. Well this is fine if you can access the website while traveling. I tried to access the website but had difficulty from the smart phone. It would have been nice if the company had JUST EMAILED the information rather than sending you links. BUT that being said when I called in – they did answer the phone quickly and gave me the code over the phone. Maintenance – The place need some basic maintenance. The Dryer in the apartment would get hot but did not move the air to dry cloths. There were public dryers on site but not everyone carries around 1.75 in quarters. The screens on the windows were bent and if you opened the windows the screens did not keep the flys out. The back Screen sliding was off the tracks and would not stay on the tracks do to the wood being broken. TV-DVD – The room had a TV and a DVD player. We rented a movie from the redbox only to be disappointed that there was NO cable to connect the DVD player to the TV. What a BUST. The View – The ad said there is a mountain view. Well that is KINDA True. The room was on the bottom floor and when you looked out the sliding door at an

1 Bedroom Condo in Silverthorne

We loved out stay. The folks at RMRM were great to work with. Both Chris and Ryan were very accommodating. The room was better than we anticipated. Very comfortable. We'll certainly look to stay with them again.

Condo needs new furniture

Posted 19-Jan-2015 on Hotels
Condo was sufficient for ski vacation. Old furniture and uncomfortable beds best suited for younger adults on a budget. I have stayed at over a dozen different condos that were much more comfortable.

Call Hotel Directly don't book through Expedia.

Posted 15-Jul-2014
Pros: The hotel is a condo-style building and very clean. Supplied with full kitchen incl dishwasher, microwave, and all the cooking utinsels you could need
Cons: More transperancy with it being resort style, being a different address than what is listed and non-refundable reservations.
Location: Dillon has one of my favorite breweries: Dillon Dam Brewery. My wife of course likes the nearby outlet malls.
I reserved this room through Expedia as it posted the best price. When I reviewed my confirmation, the price doubled due to taxes and fees. Of course, this was the only hotel who had a non-refundable reservation policy. I reserved the hotel due to it being close to a bar I planned on going to that night and didn't want to have to drive far. The actual hotel is down the street from the office which is the address given on the reservation. This particular hotel is ideal if you plan to stay for several days as it is a resort style hotel, not just for one night as I planned, as they have you fill out a lease agreement style contract as if you are renting a room long-term. I also realized I had left my hat in the room and called a few days later to see if they had found it. They had put it in storage and went and got it while my wife and I shopped at nearby outlet malls. I went to pick it up later at the office.
