Friendly Staff and Good Location

Posted 19-Mar-2016
Pros: Staff was very helpful and friendly!
Location: Right near a KFC, and it's so close to most ski resorts.
The guy at the front desk was really helpful and accommodated all our needs. They also renovated the bathrooms, and they look great!

Thanks for the review, and we are glad you enjoyed your stay! We actually renovated the gust rooms last year as well.

Hotel in Frisco near Breckenridge and ski resorts

Posted 17-Mar-2016
We checked in early and got a room next to a screaming baby. When we put our luggage down, we noticed stains on the sheets and hairs. We went back and asked for another room, but it was still the same. It was not very clean. Would not recommend staying here unless you just can't find anything else

2 night Ski stay

Posted 14-Mar-2016
Stayed here as it was central to a days skiing in Breck and Keystone. Close to Main Street in Frisco and each resort. Hotel is basic but clean. I would recommend grabbing breakfast out of the hotel as choice is limited in the hotel.

Nice stop before skiing.

I just needed a quick place to stay for the night before heading out to snowboard in Vail. They had some awesome hot tubs outside that I would normally have used, but I just didn't have enough time during my stay. Great place. Good breakfast. Really nice people working the desk.

Okay value for the $ - just don't use the hot tubs

Posted 20-Feb-2016 on Hotels
The room was okay - on the smaller side, but otherwise fine. A nice perk was that each room has a microwave and a refrigerator. Our biggest complaint was the hot tubs - they have 2 hot tubs that seat about 4 people each. The cleanliness of the hot tubs was pretty gross. The water in one of the hot tubs was so cloudy that you couldn't see your knees when you were sitting down (YUCK). The other one was better but still not what you'd call clean. Kinda gross. Continental breakfast was pretty average, although they did have a nice large eating area with plenty of seating.

Weekend Ski Getaway

Posted 20-Feb-2016 on Hotels
We chose this hotel because of convenience to everything in Frisco, Silverthorne and Copper Mountain - at a very reasonable price. Room was immaculate, and while small, we just needed a comfy bed for 2 nights. I was surprised by how quiet things were outside given our proximity to I-70 and Hwy 9. Temps were warm for this time of year, so we managed the warmer than necessary room by opening the window wide and running the HVAC unit on fresh air non-stop. Our room was quiet, on the 3rd floor with a view of the the mountains. We are early risers so we didn't hear any noise in the mornings. Front desk guys were awesome and very service oriented. Housekeeping responded to a request within 5 minutes! We didn't eat breakfast there (looked to be very basic, but what you'd expect for that price). Better food across the street at Starbuck's. But some rooms have a microwave and a fridge to cook your own. There were 2 hot tubs and people were using them. We would stay here again. It was a pleasant and very clean surprise so close to some great restaurants.

Nice place, friendly staff.

I thought the place had an odd, but not terribly offensive foot-like odor, but it was clean, has a good continental breakfast, decent hot tubs, is close to a variety of ski mountains, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nice room.

The room was not ready when we arrived but the hotel clerk went out of his way the make us comfortable as we waited and for us is wasn't a big deal. The room itself was a bit smaller than we are used and we have stayed at other hotels in the same area. The room and the bathroom were very clean and organized. The shower pressure was fantastic to say the least.
