Unbelievable rude reception employee

I was greater at the reception desk by kaila. I told her that I had a reservation through hotel.com and that it was already fully paid. She coldly responded " no, it is not psid" I had the hotel.com app on my phone and it clearly said it was paid and my credit card had been charged. I told her she made a mistake and that it was paid. She reiterated " no you have not paid" . At this point I insisted and she asked me for my credit card, I insisted that it was paid and she threatened me to not accept me in the
hotel, then a couple of minutes later she realized that I was in fact fully paid. She did not apologized but blamed another employee. I have never been treated like that in any hotel.
