Bed bugs

Posted 05-Sep-2016
Pros: It was cute
Cons: Could use a serious clean and rooms were very dated and dirty.
So when we first got there, it was cute and staff was friendly. However, at about 1:00am we noticed what we thought was a tick on my pillow and some little little bugs under my pillow. We killed them and notified the inn keepers. They said it must have been me that brought them in. We left he light on to try and fall asleep until at 2:30am ish...I felt something in my hand. I jumped up and saw three on and around my pillow. We lifted up bedding and found a ton. They were not professional in handling this situation and was more worried about him missing his sleep and him have to get up at 5:30am and that he was over worked. I did get a full refund but disappointed about how this was handled. We took many pictures and now know they are bed bugs. Room 201 bed closest to the bathroom is the one infested. I have many pictures to prove his statement.

Frisco Inn on Galina is a great place to stay while in the mountains. Clean, comfortable, and the staff is top notch. Will definitely stay there again.

Love this place.

The service was fantastic. The staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Several members of our family are gluten free and they made sure they had everything they needed to ensure they could enjoy the dining options. We loved our time here and will definitely be back.

Pros: the bed and breakfast feeling greeted you as you wanted in the door. very open environment with more than one gathering space to meet and greet.
Location: nice little main street with great food and pubs which was within walking distance. tucked away in the mountains with great views.
from the time we checked in until we checked out we were treated with smiles. the staff was friendly, courteous and always making sure your stay was enjoyable. the happy hour snacks were great as well as the breakfast. cooked to order morning specials that were delicious. so , if you are looking for a great place to stay this is it. sincerely, bernie

Quaint, comfortable and full of "perks"!

Amazing little place! Loved all the amenities - gas fireplace in the reading room and on the outdoor patio. Loved eating my included homemade breakfast on the patio with views of the mountains just above the hotel. Loved having a full spread of hors devourers and wine in the evening and complimentary snacks and drinks all day. I didn't get a chance to use the hot tub, but looked very inviting! I borrowed one of the bikes for guest use and loved biking around Frisco and up to a hike just a short distance away. Very friendly, accommodating staff! Highly recommend this place!
