Mediocre don't pay more than $100 per night.
Make sure you call and verify both hot tubs are working and clean. We chose this hotel for the pool and hot tubs, however, when we got there the outside hot tub was broken and the inside hot tub was lukewarm and murky. The deck where the outdoor hot tub is located has a very beautiful view, I was so sad the outdoor hot tub was closed. When I voiced my concern a young blond lady was very rude. The blond lady said that the hot tub had broken down 2 days prior and made the excuse that parts weren't readily available in Summit county. Then she made a rude comment about not being able to schedule when something breaks. Someone from the hotel could have driven down to Denver to get the parts the same day hot tub broke down and had them back within a couple of hours for the maintenance people to install. I didn't appreciate the excuses.
The rooms are big, quiet, and the beds are comfortable. We had a great view. Breakfast is great with lots of choices. My kids had fun in the pool. Although we did have a fun relaxing time, La Quinta down the street where we have stayed in past visits to Dillon/Silverthorne had a much larger and nicer hot tub. When staying at Comfort Suites be sure you don't pay more than $70-80 per night, it's definitely not worth more.
