Nice centrally located

Posted 13-Feb-2017
We were put in the room right above the lobby and every time the automatic sliding door opened it woke us up. It was very loud. Everything about this hotel was great except that so when you check in make sure you don't have a room by the lobby.

Wonderful staff! But just a few things. First, the breakfast was not great. My daughter actually threw up the weird eggs they served and we lost gal a day skiing. And there was a guest screaming loud profanities and slamming their door which woke up an entire floor at 6 am real nice

Great location.

The pool and Jacuzzi were clean and refreshing. The outdoor Jacuzzi was a great experience and my grandson had a great time in the indoor pool. Breakfast was adequate for the activities we enjoyed later in the day. Overall, a good experience that we would enjoy again in the future.

Manager Joe is awesome!!

Posted 09-Feb-2017
Pros: JOE!! and the location
Cons: I would probly not advertise pullouts that way its a bonus not expected as an additional bed. OR upgrade pullout mattress
Location: Close to all ski resorts and tons of restaurants.
Excellent location and accommodations!! Not sure if Comfort Suites gives bonuses but Manager Joe is worthy. Only complaint was, I booked for three adults based on description of two queens and a pullout and once in the room and ready for bed we realized that pullout mattress is pretty poor quality. Joe solved this problem quickly and we all had a good nights sleep. Thanks for everything!!

Staff helpful. Room fairly clean. Beds and carpet in decent condition. Breakfast like every other chain hotel. Pool reasonably well maintained.

These guys run a tight ship.

Super clean, lovely room, great breakfast, crisp, intelligent staff. Everyone wants a beer and an outdoor hottub after skiing. Should have a second one or larger one. We waited 30 minutes to get Into a greasy manpile. Should allow alcohol not in glass in tub with waiver if necessary. I had one canned beer in my 20 minutes there, but didn't enjoy breaking the rules.

Hotel staff could not help with parking issues

Posted 11-Jan-2017
Pros: The room was clean and comfortable. The beds and linens were very good.
Cons: Staff needs to help travelers find appropriate parking. Staff can park the grocery store parking lot a block away.
Location: Close to all summit ski areas. good restaurants in the area.
During our stay a snow storm occurred which resulted in parking at a premium. When we arrived there was no parking available at the property. The desk clerk said we could park a block away at a grocery store parking lot, but she could not tell us if our car would get towed at that location. There were 5 handicap parking spots that were unused at 10:30 at night that she could not release for others to use. There was a truck and trailer that was parked sideways across 5 parking spots, but she would not attempt to determine who owned that truck that was using the extra spaces. So we parked in a fire lane that evening, got up early to move our car. We also noticed that all of evening employees at the hotel had parked in the lot on the property and these spots were open in the a.m. The clerk should have told one of the evening employees to vacate a spot for us to use. The breakfast buffet was very busy and had the standard sub-par cereals, bad eggs and waffles. There are two great breakfast places in town. One is Sunshine cafe a block away. Save your stomach and skip the buffet.

Nicer hotel than expected

Posted 25-Dec-2016
Was looking for an inexpensive place to stay near keystone. This place was nicer than I thought it would be. Breakfast had more options than I expected and room was nicer. Will definitely stay again
