I thought this was going to be at least okay. We checked in, and the person was nice. We went up to our room, to find it already open and a sign that said “do not do tub in this room”. I guess they were doing renovations? Anyways, went back down to ask if it was the correct room - she said it was and not to worry about the sign. The room was ok, but I could hear everything outside - the window was definitely closed but clearly very thin. The bathtub was disgusting, and definitely needs a renovation. I laid down a towel on the bathtub because I did not want to step into it. Once I turned the shower head on, it rattled so hard I thought it might actually come off the wall. The towels had holes in them, and stains. The bed was ok. Very thin linen. I woke up to use the bathroom, and saw two cockroaches in the bathtub. I was very disgusted and disappointed. Also, there seemed to be some workers in the hallways who looked very dirty and were just eating in the hallway and stairwells. I couldn’t wait to leave.
