Open floor plan between the kitchen living room and balcony. Each room has a queen bed, TV and its own bathroom. Two couches in the living room with Cinema style movie nights. The Master is the entire third floor with balcony view on the bay, his/her closets, bathroom, and an office space. The entire house and dock will be yours. Bring your own boat to enjoy the full experience. Parking is available on both sides of the house with enough space to comfortably fit 8 large vehicles. We will always be reachable by phone to assist you and answer any questions.
