Especially the views over Summerland Beach and the comfortable decks. My husband and I were traveling with our teen daughter to look at some colleges in Santa Barbara/Goleta, and wanted some home comforts such as a kitchen (which had everything and more than I needed), laundry, and a spacious two-floor layout (essential when traveling with a teen).
