Classic Istanbul stay
"Absolutely amazing experience. Going to bed with the Blue Mosque lit up like a magical present. Waking up for coffee on the balcony across from this majestic monument. The room was huge. The building classic and authentic. A perfect spot as close as you can get but feels like a respite once you step through the gate into the patio entrance. Stay here and fall in love with Old Istanbul. "

"This was the best hotel that we found during our stay. It was conveniently located behind Hagia Sophia, so traveling around that part and Grand Bazaar was easy. The staff are friendly and give you great advice on sightseeing options. We took their advice on sunset Bosphorus cruise and that was the best. Breakfast was phenomenal along with their front desk staff, chefs, and housekeepers. I would stay in Hotel Amira again. "

"This is my favorite place to stay in Sultanahment. Wonderful location, great restaurant with amazing view, and very delicious famous breakfast. The service is very professional, rooms are clean and quiet. The restaurant on the 5th floor is very convenient for late dinner or early breakfast. And I love the adhans, and Ayasofia view is amazing!"

"We stayed here for 5 nights. The staff are all very helpful and kind. The rooms are clean, and the bed is comfortable. They have all the amenities - bring your own conditioner if you wish, but shampoo, body wash and lotion are provided. The location is amazing - walking distance to all the major attractions. There are also a few convenience stores down the road if you need to get water, etc. I did not use the Hammam, massage, laundry or other facilities during my time. Would recommend it! "

"Beautiful property with excellent staff.
Great place to stay if you want to truly experience Turkish culture in the middle of Istanbul’s old town. Most everything is very walkable from the property.
We would stay here again when visiting Istanbul. "

"The hotel is well maintained with friendly staff. Jamil was exceptionally helpful. The rooms and linens were clean and the breakfast was great. The hotel is perfectly located; a block away from the T1 tram line and a short walk to the Grand Bazaar, Spice Market, Haj Sofia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi palace. Lots of neighbourhood restaurants close by. The best thing is the view from the 9th floor restaurant and bar. It is fabulous. Thank you for a nice 4 night stay in Istanbul."
