"When we arrived they asked us if we wanted to add breakfast that it will be 20€ xtra x person, the next day they changed 40€ for breakfast, there reasoning was that 20€ x person was for the previous day even tho we arrived at 3 pm, we paid and ask didn’t we paid in advance said no , supposedly it was a coupon that the breakfast was 30 and with the coupon was 40€. "They always give the bad and old rooms if you book from hotels.com. And main thing is that there is no access by car to hotel door. He left the car on the main road and go the hotel by walk with very heavy luggages. ….."
