"The hotel interior is beautiful and the rooms are very clean and spacious. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The only issue is the passing of the train with it's horn blowing what seemed like every 2 hours all night. Otherwise, we will be back. This place is great!"

"Check in was easy and quick. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the dining room was clean. The ladies serving breakfast were accommodating and exceptionally helpful. The only complaint we had was pool towels were not available when we were swimming. The lady at the front desk said they were in the washer. "

"Mountain Inn & Suites is a nice little hotel in Erwin TN. The same Erwin TN that just got wiped out from hurricane Helene flooding. Hotels.com refuse to give me a refund even though they have received photos of the entire hotel in shambles with nothing but piles of debris all around it. They are not and were not open. I could not call the hotel and reschedule. But Hotels.com says they cannot refund me even though the hotel was closed and halfway underwater. Hotels.com is a complete scam. I would 100% recommend staying at this hotel should they reopen. But definitely do not book through Hotels.com "
