I loved my stay at Ixworth House, which was booked at very short notice, for family reasons. Even in the village,where I stopped to check the directions, I was courteously received and welcomed. The owners of the Hotel were first rate, just like everything about the hotel.
I stayed for 5 nights for business, the room was fine and bed comfortable. Staff were obviously not trained in customer service and hotel could do with a bit of a freshen up.
A quiet hotel with excellent customer service. Staff professional, friendly and attentive and the room comfortable and clean. Convenient for Ipswich station and very close to shopping facilities. All round excellent.
We stayed at the Wherry in Lowestoft. The Hotel overlooks Oulton Broads. A very pleasant setting. The room was very comfortable and the food was very good. Would definitely recommend staying there. We will be going back later this year.
