"The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. They gave us a free upgrade for a bigger room. We had a beautiful little balcony plus the hotel terrace with a great view. We also were able to store our luggage until check in. Great location for all transportation. 30-40 min walk from Spanish Quarter and 40-50 min walk from the ocean and port area. Overall a great stay in Naples!"

"When I origainlly searched for my hotels I was looking for a place with a gym. This hotel didn't appear. I booked the home next door and was saddened when I drove by The Parker. Luckily I am smart eought to only book the first night at any hotel. When I walked over and saw the Grand Parker I booked a suite for two days, and enjoyed a meal the Michellin restraunt, and watceh Capri from the dinning room. PERFECTION! "Great location: steps to subway, includes very good breakfast and all from their mino fridge. AC could be better but is ok. Staff is friendly and they are soon opening a pool that looks beatiful from.the renderings. Totally recommend"
