Step outside to a fully fenced backyard surrounded by mature trees, a seasonal pool for warm days, and a hot tub ready for year-round use.  
  
Whether you're traveling with family, meeting friends, or planning a quiet getaway, this home offers a calm space to unwind while still being close to restaurants, shopping, and Omaha’s favorite attractions.  
  
The Space:  
The home offers natural light, warm finishes, and an easy flow between spaces. The fully fenced backyard includes mature trees, a seasonal pool for warm days, and a hot tub ready all year, creating a quiet spot to unwind while staying close to restaurants, shops, and Omaha attractions.  
  
The main level features a king bedroom with a walk-in closet, walk-in shower, and private deck access furnished with seating and a hammock. A second bedroom on this level offers a queen bed and its own attached bathroom with a shower and tub. The lower level includes a king bedroom near a full bathroom, a cozy movie area with a projector, and flexible sleeping space with a twin-over-twin trundle and two full beds styled as sectional seating.  
  
With room for up to twelve guests, the home includes a fully stocked kitchen, high-speed WiFi, a high chair, a pack-and-play, and both garage and driveway parking. Whether you’re visiting for family time, a group getaway, or an extended stay, this home provides a comfortable and inviting base for your time in Omaha
