"It's a charming hotel in an equally charming ski village. We traveled off season so it was very quiet. We had the Snow White room which we were very happy with. It was spacious and comfortable. We were traveling with our 2 dogs, and the staff were very accommodating. We ate at the hotel because it was convenient for us. The breakfast buffet was typical Austrian style with many items. Supper menu was a bit limited due to low season, but we always found tasty options. Too bad our weather was too chilly for us to enjoy the lovely outdoor patios. I would gladly return! "

"I had the BEST time staying at Glück Auf in Mayrhofen! It’s hard to choose what I enjoyed most because the property, staff, location and amenities were basically perfect. I LOVED the room, the amount of space and cute decor made us feel so comfortable. The view of the mountains were jaw-dropping. The property is modern and clean and very quiet. Such a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were INCREDIBLY kind and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious and we were excited to go every morning. You could not be closer to the ski lifts, and the ski room where you could store your gear after a long day on the mountain had heated boot racks! Unbelievable. Amazing restaurants were all nearby. Staff all speak English and are happy to help you plan your day skiing, even help inform you on snow conditions, and planning transport. I felt so taken care of. I would stay here every time I visit Mayrhofen. No need to look elsewhere. Amazing value. "

"Very good stay overall. Staff was friendly and helpful recommending things to do. They had a great fitness center and breakfast buffet was good. Also enjoyed the restaurant for dinner with reasonable prices. My only complaint would be the lack of a fan or the need to open the windows to keep room cool (and it's early March). Opening windows was fine, but let in a lot of road noise and they also opened up to what I think was a shared balcony, which takes away from the private feel. Otherwise though a nice stay. I would definitely stay here again as long as it was in the winter."

"Perfect apartment for us ,11 Adults + 6 kids, individual bedrooms with attached bathroom and the huge kitchen as family room. The kids enjoyed the pool, the freedom to run around and we adults felt very welcome too. Johanna and her family were always within reach. We definitely would come back."
