As it is right in the new forest, our stay was peaceful and there are plenty of walking routes. It was also nice to see the New Forest ponies wondering around the surrounding area of the Inn."

"Our stay was absolutely fantastic - we came for the weekend with our baby boy and our 2 dogs and stayed in a dog friendly room. The room was beautiful, very comfortable with everything we could have needed, including a goody bag for the dogs which they were very pleased about! The pub itself is beautiful and the food and service was fabulous - the staff could not do enough for us. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again if we are ever in the area!"

"The room was clean, pleasant and windows you could open! The beds were very comfy. We enjoyed our small evening snack, breakfast and lunch dishes. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I enjoyed the pool and sauna. They don't have a jacuzzi but a refreshing jacuzzi type cool pool to use after the sauna. We loved the calm and Monet-esque gardens and look forward to our next visit when the outdoor pool and flowers are out. "
