A true backyard oasis awaits you. Large open spaces, large kitchen with multiple dinning areas. Bedroom 1 - with king bed and large with private bathroom. Bedroom 2 - with queen bed and a private work space. Bedroom 3 - 2 queen bunk beds. Outside you will find covered seating areas, hammock, open air tables, outdoor shower and a New Tiki Hut!. In an effort to keep our rates competitive and cleaning fees to a minimum our nightly rate covers up to 4 guests. We ask that all guests & pets in your party be registered through the booking platform. We do monitor the doorbell camera at check in to confirm the amount of people/pets checking in matches your booking. You will notice a slight increase in the daily rate when your amount of guests exceeds 4 and a pet fee for any animals you bring. We want you to have a wonderful vacation and appreciate you working within our guidelines to make sure the house is well maintained and within city and neighborhood rental guidelines.
