Very nice room - larger than expected with great view. Comfy bed, nice bar area, great recommendation for restaurants, etc.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel—everything exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome with their warm and attentive service. The check-in process was smooth, and every team member I encountered went out of their way to ensure my comfort. The room was beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was especially luxurious, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities and the peaceful atmosphere throughout the property. One of the most unforgettable highlights was the breathtaking Swiss mountain views. Waking up to such stunning scenery each day truly elevated the entire experience and made my stay feel even more special. Overall, this hotel strikes the perfect balance between luxury and comfort. Very clean and comfortable hotel. Location is the best. Also the breakfast which is included is one of the best I had in a hotel in a long time. Just too good!

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, good size and the balcony with a view. It was quiet too. The only, very minor downside was a bit dark, lack of light in the ceiling. The bathroom was clean, good size and shower was powerful. Breakfast is good too, with lots of selection, from the usual continental as well as hot sausages, bacon, beans, scrambled eggs and boil eggs. Orange juice was good, as well as the coffee. It is close to the train station, closer than I expected. And the ski free shuttle is right opposite the hotel front door. The ski room with boot warmer. There was swimming pool but I didn't use it. Cannot fault it at all, 100% recommended.
