The property is perfectly positioned for you to explore the historic beauty of this picturesque town, our cosy and stylish apartment is an ideal home away from home only 3 minutes walk from Shakespeare’s birthplace and Stratford-upon-Avon Town Centre. Guests have exclusive access of the whole property which is NOT shared with anyone else. Please be aware there is a secure parking space directly underneath the main entrance PLEASE NOTE: This property is located on the fourth floor of an apartment block, so is recommended for people able to climb stairs fairly comfortably. PARKING: There is a parking space available in the garage directly underneath the property to the right of the main entrance. This is large enough to accommodate a car but can be a squeeze if you have a larger vehicle. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. We couldnt park two SUV’s so we had to pay for separate parking, the beds in the rooms are too small for adults, one bed is not even a double! There was no bottle opener, only 2 tea spoons and coffee cups that held a mouthful, Oh and there was no hot water in the bath room aside of the shower. ##### Claire B. Enjoyable except for the parking instructions and door unlocking problems. Hopefully they have repaired door locks both at apartment and downstairs entry to building. After very steep climb up flights of stairs we found that door would not open and very nervous to leave since returning would be very difficult to re-gain entry after first time and messaging with owner.
