Staff were friendly and breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable. They put us in an accessible suite and when you had a shower the whole bathroom got wet!

Completely okay property. Sheets were pretty stained, but seemed like they were well laundered. Room seemed clean. Bathroom was nice. It was not a convenient location to walk to town or the train station but the tram was close-by. If you're looking to save a few dollars and are okay with a little more inconvenience, this place is great. If you want to be IN the cuteness of Strasbourg, I would look elsewhere.

Hotel was very clean and I enjoyed the minimal decorations. Very welcoming and the staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again if I am ever in the area.

Although this hotel is a tram stop away from the main area of Strasbourg and there isn’t a ton around the hotel, it’s a very convenient location if you get a 3-day tram pass. You can travel around the entire region inexpensively and enjoyably. The hotel itself is lovely. Wonderful staff who speak a variety of languages, but who allow you to try your French and a wonderful breakfast (although perhaps not included in the price of the room). It was a very clean, nice place to stay just outside of the city centre.

I liked the accessibility of the fitness room, and the breakfast was great. I stayed with my son, and he enjoyed the stay too. Everybody was very friendly.

Modern, nice and clean hotel. The staff was friendly and everything went smoothly. Air conditioning was efficient and there was a mini fridge at the room which was nice. Breakfast was good. The walk from the railway station was not very nice and felt longer than it seemed maybe because the hotel is bit out of the city center and you had to cross big roads etc. However there is a tram stop nearby so during our stay we mostly used trams.

5 stars hotel service
This was only a 3star hotel but for European hotel standards and service Origami was remarkably like a 5 star hotel. Staffs are nice and helpful. Rooms are superb and beds are comfortable. Been so long since i have a sleep very well in a hotel like this.

Very close to the very easy to navigate tram and train station- but not too close. Good area to feel safe in. Fantastic breakfast for a fair price! Loved the soft/hard boiled egg machine. Hot water and excellent mattress- very important! Stowed our luggage for the afternoon. Very kind and helpful staff.

Great hotel, friendly staff !
Pascal at the front desk is a treasure. He went above and beyond with his customer service. When we asked for advice for COVID testing for our return to the US, he not only told us where to go but called for us to make an appointment. Any questions we had he was happy to answer with a smile and friendly manor. The room was very nice, clean and well decorated. Great location too. Will recommend.

Clean and well run hotel. Loved everything about this hotel. Very close to restaurants and train/bus stop. Less than a mile to the city center and train station. Would stay here again.

I spend a week end there and went to Germany for one Day and came back to Origami for the 3rd nights!! just relaxing, Highly recommended/ Clean/ bright/ cozy/ one stop to the train station/ late check in/ respectful staff/

Really charming hotel outside the city centre. Tram station is 2 blocks away (Gare central is 1 stop and main attractions about 3 stops) or you can dona 30 minute walk to the main Cathedral. Room was clean, cozy. Breakfast was tasty, fresh, and local. Would stay here again.

الفندق ممتاز جدا في موقع خارج السنتر ولكن قريب سواء بالترام القريب جدا من الفندق او بالسيارة ... قرابة 10 دقائق فقط للسنتر ... لا يوجد مواقف في الفندق و لكن الكثير من المواقف المجانية تحيط بالفندق موقع الفندق في منطقة جميلة نوعا ما ... من افضل الفنادق كسعر و مستوى

Don’t look for another Hotel!
What an amazing hotel! Great people work there at the front desk. Very friendly and answer and help you with anything you need. We got a bigger room as everything was booked and the room was big and mattress were so comfortable. The room was super clean so was the rest of the Hotel. The location is great, you have free parking opposite the hotel and also on the street. Very safe area and you are in the center with the Tram in 5 min. Walk to the train from the hotel is literally 2 min. We would stay here with no doubt again. Thank you for making our stay so easy and comfortable that we will never forget

An exceptional value for an exceptional stay!
I cannot say enough nice things about Hotel Origami! This place is worth an extra day stay just to enjoy the staff, rooms, and amenities. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms are state-of-the-art and exceptionally clean. Even the stairwells are enjoyable - brightly lit and tidy. The breakfast is exceptional, with incredible service by the staff, refilling and restocking items continually. While it appears Hotel Origami is out a bit from town, it is very convenient to the train station and to town via the tram. I would go back to Strasbourg, a beautiful city in itself, just to stay at the Hotel Origami!

The staff were warm & friendly, and so helpful. (They even found a hairdresser for me on a day when most are closed!) The hotel room was everything I needed ( except perhaps for a towel rail) Breakfast great. Short walk to tram. One stop to main train station, & three stops to city centre. Cheap 24 hr travel pass. Really convenient.

Very clean, quiet and comfortable... the rooms are well organized and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful in navigating the city. Awoke to a hearty breakfast and wonderful coffee. I arrived on a very hot day and the AC was a little underpowered but otherwise a great stay!

Wonderful 3 star hotel. Modern, clean. Excellent customer relations. A little out of the city centre. Good breakfast-would like to have seen more hot food selection: scrambled eggs and bacon perhaps. Bed sheets a little hastily assembled. Wonderful bathroom service. Spacious room.

The location was a short tram ride from the central station, staff were friendly, and the hotel was clean and well organized. The hotel isn't in the most scenic part of the city, but it's quick to get to all the sights.
