Very easy access from the Railway station. Clean and comfortable room. Staff very friendly and helpful. The only problem was not being able to access the WIFI as it was an unsecured network.

Exceptionally friendly staff. Very convenient as directly across from the train station. Short walk to the Christmas market. Lovely breakfast and snacks at night in the lobby. Would definitely stay again.

Very close to train station which has access to trams and buses. Only 58 rooms so very personal, rooms were very clean. Selection of hot snacks every day in the lobby, coffee machine 24 hours in lobby. Staff were excellent throughout and hotel was situated 10 min walk from tourist sight. Breakfast very good value and in lobby had several games to entertain you, i.e table football and chess. Restaurants are close by but if you are gluten free food is hard to find in Strasbourg. Hotel room was on 5th floor, lift goes to 4th floor so you need to carry luggage up stairs, worth checking with hotel what room number you have.

Everything was just perfect. Complimentary coffee machine at the lobby kept us caffeinated while we explore the beautiful city of Strasbourg and its vicinities. Extremely well-situated, staff were kind and helpful. Sauna was great too. Cannot recommend enough. Definitely will stay again.

Small, Quiet, Comfortable, and Great Location!
I was very happy with Hotel Arok. They were welcoming on my arrival. Close to train station, sights and restaurants. This hotel suited my needs for a 3 night stay in Strasbourg. The room was quiet and clean.

The air con was too weak,” during my 15-17 Sep visit, even after lowering the thermostat and increasing the fan. I think the management restricts the a/c settings to provide barely enough cool air. The rooms were small with no room for a refrigerator. I paid a lot for the room, so that’s why I’m complaining. I want cold beer in the room. The beds and bathroom were comfortable, and the tv was good. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the train station! There are many good restaurants within a 10 min walk from the hotel. The map provided by the hotel is magnificent, showing the popular places to visit. The breakfast also was magnificent. It’s best to come downstairs early for breakfast, since it gets a bit crowded quickly. My interactions with the employees were polite and helpful. Recommended!

The Arok is right across from the main train station but also close to the centre of the city for shopping and dining and the old town. My room was clean, comfortable and spacious. I would stay here again.

The hotel is literally located across the street from the train station, yet it is not loud. We walked to the center of town within 15 minutes. Very easy city to navigate. The breakfast was great and the rooms very clean.

The hotel is just a cross the street from the train station. It is in an ideal location for those using the train for travel. I purchased the breakfast and it was totally worth the price. It’s a buffet. Breads, eggs, bacon, beans, fruits, vegetables, cheeses, meats, crepes, yogurt. It was there! Also had free coffee, tea and hot chocolate anytime. The rooms were clean and comfy! I would totally stay here again! It was perfect!

We stayed here because they advertise they have parking. we were duped. There is NO PARKING, in fact, if you come by car, there was not even a spot to stop and drop off your luggage. The parking is a deck probably a half mile away…. The area in front of the hotel is a pickup area for train station travelers and is ALWAYS FULL. There is an elevator, but you still have to carry your luggage up stairs after you get on the floor! The hotel staff said there is no parking, the web site said there is parking . Very very upsetting. The hotel was nice, the room and bed were comfortable. They offered us champagne as a VIP perk. Easy to walk to all areas of town.

We loved our stay here. Although just across from the train station, it was quiet and seemingly safe. The hotel is hip and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, even went the extra mile to look up an area we wanted to visit for a concert, to make sure it was safe at night for two women. We were able to get a 1400 late check-out with ease so we could do more sightseeing before our train. All of the major historical sites are within walking distance, and the trams and buses are just across the street if one wants to go farther or faster.

The hotel is across the street from the train station. Easy access to trams and buses. Lots of restaurants and shops near by. Just a few minutes walk to Petite France. Staff was super friendly. We only stayed one night, but we were able to maximize our stay thanks to its location! We were able to easily walk to all the attractions like Notre Dame and Petite France while also being right across the street from the train station. Beds were comfortable, rooms were smartly updated and staff was super helpful. Not to mention, my husband LOVED their coffee machine. Great stay!
