An OK hotel, i would say more 3 star than 4 star. Boring hotel where nothing is particularly good but nothing is bad either. A comfortable but forgetable experience.

5 minutes walk from train station , 15 minutes from Cathedral Square. Room looks new, is spacious, comfortable and very clean. Bathroom is very spacious and toilet is in a separate room. Bathtub is too high to get in and out and is very slippery to step on. Shower is good. Water leaks from the bottom of the plastic shield to the floor.

Parking is a real issue here and needs to be arranged and confirmed well in advance of arrival. Expedia not fully up to date on actual amenity details and costs.

Comfortable bed in a quiet area. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was easy to walk across the river to Petit France, the Cathedral and many Christmas markets. There was on site parking advertised, but unless you have a tiny compact car, you will not be able to park in the lot next door. It was less than ten minute walk to the nearest parking garage that could accommodate non-compact cars.

Great location, everything was walkable from this hotel. The room was amazing as well; it was very spacious, especially the bathroom. It was modern and clean, making the stay very comfortable.

Location was handy to the train station. Staff were helpful, pleasant and spoke English. The hotel was clean. My only complaint was the view from our window wasn’t good at all - onto exhaust pipes and a roof.

None of the VIP benefits were offered. The accommodations I were not prepared as booked. As light sleepers and with conditions which call for separate beds for a restful night’s sleep, the twin beds requested were not setup. It was a very unrestful night. The receptionist claimed the booking was for one queen. The reservation clearly had the option for separate twin beds selected. A VIP room on the first floor next to the elevator and the street. What do non-VIPers get?

We were traveling by train, and the hotel’s location was perfect — an easy walk to the station with plenty of food options nearby. The property was clean, well-maintained and comfortable, and the staff was outstanding. And, despite being in a busy hub, the room was quiet! That they had a great a/c only made our stay better! I would definitely recommend this property, and will staying here again when in Strasborgh.

Perfect location, not far from the center at all. Perfect distance from all the action. Customer service was amazing and parking was limited but still perfect. Room was spacious and very clean. Only negative thing was that the breakfast could have been some what better but that's it.

A bit surprised at the lack of ventilation in the bathroom and the carpet in the room. But it was nonetheless comfortable! Located very close to the train station, can be a big plus! Thanks

good choice at Strasbourg
The hotel has an easy access from the highway, it is walking distance to the old part, restaurants, boutiques and the lights show at the cathedral during summer. It does have a parking place on the same street and the hotel’s reception helps with that. The air condition works very well, the bed, bathroom and minibar are very convenient. As said in other reviews the elevator is small for large baggage, but my husband and I fitted both at the same time with our two suitcases. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, there are a lot of options nearby. The city is beautiful and the hotel helps to enjoy it.
