Thank you very much for your feedback. I am so sorry you did not have a good stay at our cabins. Cabin #3 had just received a good review and that cabin has brand new carpeting and bedding. We are a bit more rustic than some places as we are in the woods and cater to a lot of guest with children and pets. It's certainly possible somebody's pet before you or even something blooming outside had you sneezing but I can assure you it was Not Dust Mites! We use a powerful Ozone machine that not only eradicates bacteria and viruses, it eliminates odors,molds and dust mites in the air and on surfaces. I will make sure to treat cabin #3 asap and that machine typically does the trick. I sincerely apologize if we let this cabin slip or missed an opportunity to treat it properly before you stayed there but I will certainly get it done now and thanks again for letting us know.

Hi Nick, Thank you for your honest feedback and I wanted to apologize for the less than perfect stay as we do try to keep the mice out and the place tidy. Being we are pet friendly, we try to do this without the use of any poisons and have employed a professional who has been able to mostly keep them at bay. However, certain times of the year are worse than others. The signs to clean the silverware have been mandated since covid to be put up in all the cabins and isn't actually anything to do with mice. I dislike those signs as well, as they don't give off the best impression. I have let our pest control professionals know of the issue and took care of the droppings and hopefully with some extra attention to that cabin we will have that problem nipped in the bud.
