"Lovely hotel, however better lighting outside the hotel would be good as we arrived at night on a motorbike and unfortunately didn't see the drop between the grass and tarmac which caused my husband to fall when getting off the bike. Room was very nice. Staff were friendly. Ideal for catching the ferry next day."

"Perfect for overnight before the ferry crossing, super close to the terminals but enough away for peace and quiet. Nice restaurant and a decent bar with very accommodating staff. I will use this hotel again."

"Our room had a few issues when we arrived. It was cold, the water didn't drain away very well and the tv handset couldn't adjust the volume on the set, which was too high. Within 15 mins of reporting these issues, they had replaced the handset, cleared the sink and brought up a small radiator (and explained how the thermostat worked) The room was was clean and comfortable and the included breakfast was good with plenty of options. Would definitely stay there again"
